This is a new position with a highly prominent player within the Corporate Banking space. Based in Singapore, we are seeking for an Assoc/AVP level hire to join the fast paced Corporate Banking business as Trade Finance Advisor. The role will focus on solely the North Asian clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide solutions to customers and assist in resolving issues
* Provide friendly and efficient service to North Asian customers to ensure timely response to all queries
* Provide Sales Calls to existing customers to discuss new business ideas
* Process end to end transactions and liaise between processing back office and external customers
Skills / experience:
* At least 5-7 years of working knowledge in Trade Finance products, and a proven track record in servicing North Asian clients will be highly preferred
* Able to handle all enquiries relating to Trade Finance singly, without referral
* Confident in handling client facing responsibilities
* Proficient in computer systems handling so that he can utilise system to extract all information needed without further referral
* Familiar with Commodities products and their Trade flows
* Excellent Customer Service and Sales Focus in disposition
* Ability to converse and relate issues in fluent Mandarin is a MUST as this role will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients
